HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY STATUS?

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?
The shipping fee is based on your order amount & delivery postal code. Check below the conditions.
Vouchers and automatic discounts do not apply to the shipping fees unless otherwise stated. shop.alcoholfreewines.my reserves the right to revise the shipping fees at any time at its discretion.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DOES SHOP.ALCOHOLFREEWINES.MY OFFER?
We offer four delivery options, and they are discussed in turn below.
1. Standard delivery (West Malaysia) – RM 15 Flat
This option is available for our customers in West Malaysia. Under this option, your wines will be delivered within 3 -7 working days. You will be informed of your delivery before it is dispatched. Don't worry, we will not show up unannounced!
2. Standard delivery (East Malaysia) – RM 40 per bottle. An additional RM 25 per bottle will be charged from 2nd bottle onwards.
This option is available for our customers in East Malaysia. Under this option, your wines will be delivered within 7 - 14 working days. You will be informed of your delivery before it is dispatched. Don't worry, we will not show up unannounced!
3. Standard delivery for purchase RM250 and above (West Malaysia Only) - Free
This option is only available for our customers in West Malaysia. Under this option, your wines will be delivered within 3 -7 working days and there will be no delivery charge if you purchase RM250 and above.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CUT-OFF TIME?
Cut-off times for standard 2-3 working days delivery.
All deliveries will be scheduled in the next 2-3 working days.
IMPORTANT: The delivery timeframe is based on the first delivery attempt of the parcel; If you are unable to receive the parcel at the time, the logistics partner may attempt delivery again. (Subject to their available time slots).
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
You can enjoy FREE delivery on all online orders above RM250
In the event your order is below RM250, you have to pay Standard Delivery of RM10 or RM30 for the delivery
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AROUND WHEN MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?
We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our orders. The driver will contact you before arrival. You may advise the driver to keep the delivery at your convenient place, or to reschedule the delivery subject to their planning.
DOES SHOP.ALCOHOLFREEWINES.MY SHIP OUTSIDE MALAYSIA?
No, we do not ship to international locations.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
No, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as army camps, ports, and airports.
MY ITEMS HAVE YET TO ARRIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Should you not be able to receive your items as per the indicated delivery time frame, please email contact@alcoholfreewines.my quoting with your Order ID OR Invoice number so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.
WHO CAN RECEIVE THE ORDER?
You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site and received the delivery package. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.
DO YOU OFFER SELF COLLECTION SERVICE?
No, we do not offer a self-collection service.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY HOURS?
Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm. No deliveries on Weekends and public holidays.
